Terms of Service

Submitting an order on this site is a request, not a binding contract. A contract exists when we send a written confirmation (email is enough) stating scope, fees, and dates, and you accept it.

Quotes

Published ranges and the estimator are informational market rates. Final fees are those in the confirmation. Media spend, licenses, and third-party tools are billed to you unless the confirmation says otherwise.

Payment

Projects over four weeks are billed in milestones. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Late invoices may pause work. You own the deliverables once invoices for those deliverables are paid.

Where work is done

All delivery is performed by the studio in Pakistan, led by Mughees Ahmad. US-based customers place and receive work through our Maryland contact. Direct worldwide clients and marketplace or freelancer-board jobs contract with the studio. The confirmation names the contracting party. Unless stated otherwise, US-market engagements taken via Maryland are under Maryland law; other engagements are under the laws of Pakistan.

Limitation

We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. Our aggregate liability on an engagement is capped at the fees you paid us for that engagement in the prior three months.
